1. Introduction

2.1 Device Components

3. Setup

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Charge

Upon unboxing, ensure all components are present, including the LiveShell X unit and the included Lithium Ion battery. It is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use. The device can also operate directly from the power adapter.

3.2 Connecting Video and Audio Sources

  1. Connect your camera or video mixer to the HDMI Input port on the LiveShell X.
  2. If your audio is not embedded in the HDMI signal, connect your external audio source (e.g., microphone, audio mixer) to the Audio Input (3.5mm jack).

3.3 Network Connection

3.4 MicroSD Card Insertion

Insert a compatible MicroSD card into the MicroSD Card Slot for local recording of your live streams. Ensure the card is properly formatted as per the device's requirements (refer to the web control panel for formatting options).

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Web-Based Control Panel

All advanced configurations and stream management are performed through the LiveShell X web-based control panel. Access this panel by navigating to shell.cerevo.com in your web browser. Ensure your device is connected to the same network as your computer.
