Turn the Volume knob clockwise to power on the unit and adjust the listening volume. Turn counter-clockwise until it clicks to power off.
2. Channel Selection
Rotate the Channel knob to select one of the 40 available CB channels. The selected channel number will be displayed on the LCD.
3. RF Gain Control
The RF Gain knob adjusts the receiver sensitivity to incoming signals. Turn clockwise for maximum sensitivity (for weak signals) and counter-clockwise to reduce sensitivity (for strong signals or to reduce background noise).
4. Instant Channels 9/19
Press the CH 9/19 button to instantly switch to Emergency Channel 9 or Information Channel 19. Press again to toggle between them or return to the previously selected channel.

Maintenance and Care
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Cobra 19 DX IV CB Radio, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior of the radio. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Connections: Periodically check all cable connections (power, antenna, microphone) to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion.
- Fuse Replacement: If the unit does not power on, check the inline fuse on the power cord. Replace with a fuse of the same rating (typically 2A, 250V fast-blow).
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the radio in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
