4. Setup and Installation

The Pyle PDICBT652RD speakers are designed for flush mounting in walls or ceilings. A cut-out size template is provided for easy installation.

4.2 Installation Steps

  1. Prepare the Opening: Use the provided cut-out template to mark and cut a circular opening in your wall or ceiling. Ensure there are no obstructions (e.g., electrical wires, pipes) behind the cutting area.
  2. Connect Speaker Wires: Connect the speaker connection wires to the quick connect spring-loaded speaker terminals on the back of each speaker. Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -).
  3. Mount Speakers: Insert the speakers into the prepared openings. The flush mount design with spring-loaded fixing clips will secure them in place.
  4. Connect to Bluetooth Receiver: Connect the other end of the speaker wires to the corresponding terminals on the Bluetooth Control Receiver.
  5. Power the Receiver: Connect the power supply to the Bluetooth Control Receiver and plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Bluetooth Pairing

Once the Bluetooth Control Receiver is powered on, it will automatically enter pairing mode.

  1. Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, computer, etc.).
  2. Search for available Bluetooth devices.
  3. Select the network name: 'Pyle'.
  4. If prompted for a password, enter: '0000' (four zeroes).
  5. Once paired, you can stream audio wirelessly to your Pyle speaker system.

The Bluetooth version is 4.0, and the wireless range is approximately 30+ feet.
