Setup and Assembly

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Wash all removable parts (work bowls, blades, discs, pushers) in warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher before first use. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
2. Base Placement: Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
3. Work Bowl Assembly: Choose either the 13-cup large bowl or the 4.5-cup small bowl. Place the desired work bowl onto the motor base, aligning the handle with the front of the base. Turn the bowl clockwise until it clicks securely into place.
4. Blade/Disc Insertion: Select the appropriate blade or disc for your task. Carefully place the blade or disc onto the motor shaft inside the work bowl. Ensure it sits firmly on the shaft.
5. Cover Placement: Place the work bowl cover onto the work bowl, aligning the tab on the cover with the slot on the work bowl handle. Turn the cover clockwise until it locks securely into place. The SealTight Advantage System ensures a tight seal. The processor will not operate unless the bowl and cover are correctly locked.
6. Feed Tube: Insert the appropriate pusher (small, medium, or large) into the feed tube opening on the cover.

Operating Instructions

Once assembled, plug the food processor into a standard electrical outlet. Use the electronic touchpad controls to operate the unit.

Control Panel Functions:

• HIGH: For continuous high-speed operation.
• LOW: For continuous low-speed operation.
• OFF: To turn the unit off.
• PULSE: For short bursts of power. Hold down for continuous pulsing, release to stop. This is ideal for chopping and dicing to achieve desired consistency.

Using the Blades and Discs:

• Chopping/Mixing Blade (S-blade) and Dough Blade: Insert the desired blade onto the motor shaft. Add ingredients to the work bowl. Secure the cover. Use PULSE for chopping or continuous HIGH/LOW for mixing and pureeing. The dough blade is specifically designed for kneading dough.
• Dicing Disc: Place the dicing disc onto the motor shaft. Ensure the cleaning tool is accessible. Feed ingredients through the wide-mouth feed tube using the pushers. The 10mm grid will produce uniform diced pieces. For best results, pre-cut larger ingredients to fit the feed tube.
• Reversible Shredding Disc: Place the disc with the desired shredding side (fine or medium) facing up onto the motor shaft. Feed ingredients through the feed tube.
• Adjustable Slicing Disc: Place the disc onto the motor shaft. Adjust the slicing thickness using the lever on the disc. Feed ingredients through the feed tube for consistent slices.

Maintenance and Cleaning
