Setup

Unpacking and Inspection

  • Carefully remove the compressor from its packaging.
  • Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. If damage is found, do not operate the compressor and contact customer support.
  • Ensure all components listed in the packing list are present.

Initial Setup

  1. Place the compressor on a firm, level surface in a well-ventilated area.
  2. Attach the air filter (if not pre-installed) to the intake port.
  3. Ensure the drain valve at the bottom of the tank is closed.
  4. Connect the compressor to a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

First Use / Break-in Procedure

  1. With the drain valve open, turn on the compressor.
  2. Allow the compressor to run for 30 minutes with no air tools connected and the drain valve open. This helps to break in the motor and pump.
  3. After 30 minutes, turn off the compressor and close the drain valve.

General Operation

  1. Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position.
  2. Plug the power cord into a grounded 120V AC outlet.
  3. Close the tank drain valve.
  4. Turn the power switch to the "ON" position. The compressor will begin to fill the tank.
  5. Once the tank reaches maximum pressure (125 PSI), the motor will shut off automatically.
  6. Connect your air tool to the quick-connect coupler.
  7. Adjust the regulated pressure using the regulator knob to the desired PSI for your tool. The regulated pressure gauge will show the output pressure.
  8. When the tank pressure drops below the cut-in pressure, the compressor will automatically restart to refill the tank.
  9. After use, turn the power switch to "OFF", disconnect the air tool, and open the drain valve to release all air pressure from the tank.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your air compressor. Always disconnect the power before performing any maintenance.

Daily Maintenance

  • Drain Tank: Open the drain valve at the bottom of the tank after each use to release accumulated moisture. This prevents rust and extends tank life.

Monthly Maintenance

  • Clean Air Filter: Inspect and clean the air filter. A clogged filter reduces compressor efficiency. Replace if damaged.
  • Inspect Hoses and Fittings: Check all air hoses and fittings for leaks, cracks, or damage. Replace any compromised components.

Storage

  • Ensure the tank is completely drained of air and moisture.
  • Store the compressor in a clean, dry environment.
