1. Introduction

5. Setup Instructions

5.1 Assembling the Stand

  1. Unpack all components from the box.
  2. Attach the tablet holder to the stand's neck. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  3. Place the stand on a flat, stable surface.

5.2 Securing Your Tablet

  1. Unlock the adjustable grip holder using one of the provided holder keys.
  2. Gently slide open the holder to accommodate your tablet.
  3. Insert your 7-13 inch tablet into the holder. Ensure it is centered and snug.
  4. Slide the holder closed until it firmly grips the tablet.
  5. Lock the holder using the key to secure the tablet in place.

5.3 Attaching the Anti-Theft Cable (Optional)

  1. Locate the anti-theft cable and its keys.
  2. Insert one end of the cable into the designated slot on either the stand base or the back of the tablet holder.
  3. Lock the cable into the slot using the anti-theft cable key.
  4. Secure the other end of the cable to a permanent fixture (e.g., a desk leg, heavy furniture).

5.4 Mounting to a Surface (Optional)

For permanent installation, the stand can be mounted to a desk or countertop:

  • Using Mounting Hardware: Use the provided screws and predrilled holes on the stand base to secure it to the surface.
  • Using Adhesive Pads: Apply the included double-sided adhesive silicone pads to the bottom of the stand base for a non-permanent, stable placement.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Adjusting Viewing Angle and Orientation

  • Tilt Adjustment: The tablet holder can be tilted forward or backward to achieve the desired viewing angle.
  • Rotation: The tablet holder rotates 360 degrees, allowing for quick switching between horizontal (landscape) and vertical (portrait) orientations.

6.2 Rotating the Base

The stand's base can rotate a full 360 degrees. This feature is useful for environments where the tablet needs to be easily turned to face different users, such as between a cashier and a customer during a transaction.

6.3 Using the Stylus Pen

The included 2-in-1 stylus and ballpoint pen can be stored in the dedicated holder on the stand's base. Use the stylus for precise touch input on your tablet screen and the ballpoint pen for traditional writing tasks.

6.4 Cable Management

Route your tablet's charging cable through the slots located in the neck of the stand to keep the setup organized and ensure your tablet remains charged during use.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the stand with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all screws and locking mechanisms to ensure they are secure.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the stand in a cool, dry place.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Tablet not fitting: Ensure the adjustable grip holder is fully unlocked and extended. Check your tablet's dimensions against the compatible range (7-13 inches and up to 0.5 inches thick).
  • Stand instability: Verify that the stand is placed on a flat, stable surface. If using adhesive pads, ensure the surface is clean before application. For permanent stability, consider using the mounting hardware.
