Button Functions:

• MODE Button (Left-Middle): Cycles through display modes: Time Display → Alarm Setting → Chronograph → Time Setting.

Setup

Setting Time and Date:

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button three times until the seconds begin to flash. This indicates you are in time setting mode.
2. Press the START button to cycle through the setting options: Seconds → Hours → Minutes → Month → Date → Day of Week.
3. While the desired value is flashing, press the LIGHT button to adjust the value. Hold the LIGHT button to increase values rapidly.
4. After setting all values, press the MODE button once to return to the normal time display.
5. To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format, press the LIGHT button while the hours are flashing during time setting.

Operating Functions

Using the Alarm:

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter the Alarm setting mode. The alarm time will be displayed.
2. Press the START button to toggle the alarm ON/OFF. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
3. To set the alarm time, press the MODE button again (from Alarm setting mode) until the alarm hours flash.
4. Press the LIGHT button to adjust the alarm hours.
5. Press the START button to move to alarm minutes, then use the LIGHT button to adjust.
6. Press the MODE button to exit alarm setting.

Using the Chronograph (Stopwatch):

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter Chronograph mode. The display will show "00:00:00".
2. Press the START button to begin timing.
3. Press the START button again to pause timing.
4. Press the START button once more to resume timing.
5. To reset the chronograph, press the LIGHT button while the chronograph is paused.
6. Press the MODE button to exit Chronograph mode.

Activating the Backlight:

• Press the LIGHT button (bottom-right) at any time to illuminate the display for a few seconds.
