3. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the dehydrator and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all stainless steel trays and the interior of the unit with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
3. Placement: Place the dehydrator on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit, keeping it away from walls or other appliances. Do not block the rear fan vents.

4. Operating Instructions

4.2 Loading Trays

4.3 Setting Temperature and Time

3. Press the Start button to begin the dehydration process. The unit will automatically shut off once the timer completes.

• Fan Area: Periodically inspect the rear fan area for any food particles or debris. Clean gently with a soft brush or cloth if necessary.
