CCLIFE 0.75 L Car Brake Bleeder with 1 Litre Refill Bottle Instruction Manual
Model: 2924
Product Overview
The CCLIFE 0.75 L Car Brake Bleeder is designed for efficient and clean brake and clutch system bleeding. This tool utilizes compressed air to create a vacuum, drawing old brake fluid out and allowing new fluid to be introduced without air bubbles. It is suitable for use in professional garages, racing applications, and for individual vehicle maintenance.

Operating Instructions: Brake Bleeding Procedure
This procedure outlines the general steps for bleeding a brake system using the CCLIFE Brake Bleeder. Always refer to your vehicle manufacturer's specific guidelines for the correct bleeding sequence and fluid type.
- Preparation: Ensure the main brake cylinder reservoir is full and its cap is open.
- Connect Refill Bottle: Connect the short plastic hose to the bleed tank cover and place the lid on the bleed tank. The short pipe must now be inside the tank.
- Connect Bleeder Hose: Connect the other short pipe.
- Attach to Nipple: Connect one end of the long hose to the bleed tank and the other end to a "whistle" suitable for the brake caliper bleed nipple.
- Bleeding Sequence: Follow the manufacturer's guidelines when bleeding. Generally, the purge is performed in the following order:
- Start with the wheel cylinder furthest from the main brake cylinder, then the brake cylinder furthest from the 2nd, etc.
- For right-hand drive vehicles, the order is usually Rear Right, Rear Left, Front Right, and Last Front Left.
- Place the bleed whistle on the bleed nipple of the wheel brake cylinder or brake caliper.
- Pump 10-15 times until a vacuum is created.
- Open the bleed nipple until the brake fluid flows into the hose without bubbles or the vacuum is reduced. Note: Operation C and D may have to be repeated several times.
- Monitor Fluid Level: Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir before bleeding the next brake cylinder or brake caliper.
- Final Check: Important: At the end, check the brake fluid level and refill if necessary.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and proper functioning of your CCLIFE Brake Bleeder, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: After each use, thoroughly clean the bleeder unit, hoses, and adapters with an appropriate cleaner to remove all traces of brake fluid. Residual brake fluid can corrode components over time.
- Storage: Store the unit in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect hoses for cracks or wear, and check connections for leaks. Replace any damaged components immediately.
- Air Supply: Ensure your air compressor is well-maintained and provides clean, dry air to prevent moisture from entering the brake system.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues while using the brake bleeder, consider the following common problems and solutions:
- No Vacuum/Weak Suction:
- Check air supply pressure: Ensure your air compressor is providing sufficient pressure (6-12 bar).
- Check connections: Verify all hoses and adapters are securely connected and there are no air leaks.
- Inspect hoses for damage: Look for kinks, cracks, or blockages in the hoses.
- Fluid Not Flowing:
- Bleed nipple closed: Ensure the brake bleed nipple on the caliper/cylinder is open.
- Reservoir empty: Check if the main brake fluid reservoir is empty; refill if necessary.
- Blockage: Check for any blockages in the bleed hose or nipple.
- Air Bubbles Persist:
- Repeat bleeding steps: Continue the bleeding process until no more air bubbles are visible in the fluid flowing through the hose.
- Check for leaks: Ensure all connections are tight, especially at the bleed nipple, to prevent air from being drawn in.
If problems persist, consult a qualified automotive technician or contact CCLIFE customer support.
