Setup
- Battery Installation: If the battery is not pre-installed, open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Insert the lithium battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment securely.
- Placement: Place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Uneven or soft surfaces (like carpet) can affect accuracy.
- Initial Calibration (First Use): Before the first use or after moving the scale, gently step on the scale until the display shows "0.0" or a similar indication, then step off. This calibrates the scale. Wait a few seconds for it to turn off automatically.
Operating Instructions

- Step On: Gently step onto the center of the scale with bare feet. Stand still and distribute your weight evenly.
- Read Measurement: Your weight will be displayed on the 6.6 cm LCD screen. The reading will flash or stabilize to indicate the final measurement.
- Step Off: Once your weight is displayed, you can step off the scale. The scale will automatically turn off after a few seconds to conserve battery life.
