3. Setup

To set up your CLEANRTH CIN009 unit, simply plug it into a standard 110V 2-prong outlet in the area where pest control is needed. Ensure the unit is not obstructed by furniture, curtains, or other objects that could block the ultrasonic waves.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Target Switch

This switch allows you to select the primary pest group you wish to target:

• Insects & Bats: For deterring flying and crawling insects, as well as bats.
• Rodents: For deterring mice, rats, and similar rodents.

4.2. Confusion Switch

This switch alters the ultrasonic frequency pattern to prevent pests from becoming accustomed to the sounds:

• Fixed: Emits a consistent ultrasonic frequency.
• Wide Var. (Variable): Emits a constantly changing ultrasonic frequency to maximize confusion.

4.3. Pest Power Switch

This switch controls the intensity and pattern of the repelling output:

• Full Power: Provides continuous, high-intensity repelling.
• Chaotic: Cycles through various intense patterns to prevent pests from adapting.

4.4. Test Button

Press the 'Test' button to hear an audible sound, confirming the ultrasonic function is active. This sound is typically within the human hearing range and is for testing purposes only.

4.5. Night Light

The unit may include a night light feature. Use the designated switch to turn the night light ON or OFF as desired.

• Ensure the unit is not obstructed by furniture, curtains, or thick carpets, which can absorb ultrasonic waves.
• For severe infestations, it may take 30-45 days to see full results as pests are gradually driven away. Consistent use is key.
• Consider adding additional units for larger areas or areas with many obstructions.
• Audible Sound (not during test): If you hear a continuous audible sound (other than when pressing the 'Test' button), ensure the 'Pest Power' switch is not set to a mode that produces audible frequencies for humans.
