Operating Instructions
1. Adjusting Height
The inversion table features an easy height adjustor to accommodate users from 5'1" to 6'5". Locate the height adjustment mechanism on the main frame and set it to your appropriate height for balanced inversion.
2. Ankle Support System
Utilize the Sur-lock easy in/out ankle support system with 4 adjustable oversized high-density foam leg rollers. This system is designed to prevent calf pinching and keep you secure during inversion. An extra-long locking arm minimizes back bending when entering and exiting the table.
3. Setting Inversion Angle
The 4-position side inversion pin system allows for quick and safe selection of 20, 40, 60, or 90-degree inversion positions without the use of a lower strap. Start with a shallower angle and gradually increase as you become comfortable.

4. Vibro Massage & Heat Pad
The ITM5500 includes a removable, remote-controlled multifunction therapeutic full back heat and vibrating massage pad. Position the pad on the backrest using the Velcro straps to target desired areas. Use the remote to select heat and massage settings for enhanced relaxation during inversion.

5. Inversion Process
Once height and ankle supports are adjusted, securely fasten your ankles. Hold onto the handles and slowly lean back, allowing the table to invert. Control your inversion angle using the side pin system. To return upright, gently pull on the handles. The center rotational bar is encased to prevent pinch points during rotation.

Maintenance
