2. Setup and Initial Configuration

1. Entering Setting Mode: Press the MODE button repeatedly until the desired setting (e.g., time, date, alarm) begins to flash.
2. Adjusting Values: While a value is flashing, use the START/STOP button to increase the value or the RESET button to decrease it (if applicable).
3. Navigating Settings: Press the MODE button to move to the next setting parameter (e.g., from hours to minutes, then to date).

3.1 Timekeeping Mode

• To activate the backlight, press the EL LIGHT button. The display will illuminate for a few seconds.

3.2 Alarm Function

To set and activate the alarm:

1. From normal timekeeping mode, press the MODE button until the alarm time is displayed and flashing.
2. Use the START/STOP and RESET buttons to set the desired alarm hour and minute.
3. Press MODE to confirm and exit.
4. To turn the alarm on/off, press the START/STOP button while in alarm setting mode. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.

3.3 Chronograph (Stopwatch)

To use the stopwatch function:

1. From normal timekeeping mode, press the MODE button until the stopwatch display (00:00:00) appears.
2. Press START/STOP to start the stopwatch.
3. Press START/STOP again to pause/resume.
4. Press RESET to reset the stopwatch to zero.

4. Water Resistance

• DO NOT press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water. Pressing buttons underwater can compromise the water resistance seal.
• Avoid exposing the watch to hot water or steam, as this can damage the seals.
