Setup

Follow these steps to assemble your juicer before use:

  1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
  2. Ensure the integrated pulp container is correctly seated within the motor base.
  3. Carefully insert the stainless steel cutter and strainer into the motor base, ensuring it is firmly in place.
  4. Place the clear cover onto the assembled base, aligning the locking tabs.
  5. Secure the cover by engaging the locking clips on both sides of the motor base. The unit will not operate unless the cover is properly locked.
  6. Position a juice collection glass or container under the juice spout.

Operating Instructions

To operate your BLACK+DECKER Juice Extractor:

  1. Prepare your fruits and vegetables by washing them thoroughly. For larger items, cut them into pieces that fit comfortably into the feeding chute. Most fruits and vegetables do not require peeling or coring, but remove large seeds or pits.
  2. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and a glass is placed under the spout.
  3. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Turn the juicer ON using the intuitive ON/OFF switch.
  5. Gradually feed the prepared fruits and vegetables into the feeding chute.
  6. Use the fruit and vegetable pusher to gently guide the produce down the chute. Do not force the produce, as this can strain the motor.
  7. Once juicing is complete, turn the juicer OFF and unplug it from the outlet.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your juicer. All removable parts are dishwasher-safe for convenience.
