Setup

Installing Batteries

The remote control requires two AAA batteries (not included). Follow these steps to install them:

  • HOME: Returns to the TV's home screen or main menu.
  • INFO: Displays information about the current program or input.
  • Playback Controls (Play, Pause, Stop, Rewind, Fast Forward, Skip): Controls media playback if supported by the connected device or TV.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the remote control with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the remote control's response becomes sluggish or stops working. Always replace both batteries at the same time with new ones of the same type.
  • Storage: If the remote control will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and potential damage.

Troubleshooting

  • Remote control is not working:
    • Ensure batteries are installed correctly with the correct polarity.
    • Replace old batteries with new ones.
    • Check for any obstructions between the remote control and the TV's infrared sensor.
    • Confirm the remote control is pointed directly at the TV's sensor.
  • Remote control range is reduced:
    • Batteries may be low; replace them.
