Operating Instructions
Before First Use:
- Ensure all packaging materials are removed.
- Perform a gas leak test.
- Burn off any manufacturing residues by heating the barbecue on high for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed.
Lighting the Main Burners:
- Open the barbecue lid.
- Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
- Open the gas supply valve on the cylinder.
- Push in and turn one main burner control knob to the "HIGH" position. You should hear a clicking sound from the igniter.
- If the burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and repeat the process.
- Once one burner is lit, you can light additional burners by turning their respective knobs to "HIGH".
- Adjust flame intensity by turning the control knobs between "HIGH" and "LOW".
Using the Side Burner:
- Open the side burner lid.
- Push in and turn the side burner control knob to the "HIGH" position.
- If the burner does not ignite, repeat the process after waiting 5 minutes.
Cooking Systems:
The Golosone 4 offers both Lava Rock and Australian cooking systems. The lava rocks distribute heat evenly and absorb drippings, reducing flare-ups. The Australian system uses direct heat from the burners. Choose the system based on your cooking preference and food type.
