Setup
Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the lid assembly.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 4 x AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).

Assembling the Dustbin
- Place the dustbin body in your desired location.
- Fit a suitable bin liner into the dustbin body.
- Secure the bin liner by placing the inner ring over the top edge of the liner and into the bin body.
- Carefully place the sensor lid assembly onto the top of the dustbin body, ensuring it sits flush.

Operating Instructions
Motion Sensor Operation
- Once batteries are installed, the sensor is active.
- Wave your hand approximately 10-15 cm above the sensor window on the lid.
- The lid will automatically open.
- After approximately 5 seconds of no motion detected, the lid will automatically close softly.
Manual Operation
- To keep the lid open for a longer period, press the "OPEN" button on the control panel.
- To close the lid manually, press the "CLOSE" button.
- Pressing "CLOSE" will also reactivate the sensor mode.
Maintenance
Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the dustbin body with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
- Clean the sensor window gently with a soft, dry cloth to ensure proper function.
- The lid assembly should only be wiped clean; do not submerge in water.
