Product Overview

Setup
- Power Connection: Connect the provided 5V DC power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the alarm clock radio, then plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- Battery Backup (Optional): For time and alarm settings backup during power outages, insert one CR2032 battery (not included) into the battery compartment located on the bottom of the unit. Ensure correct polarity.
- Outdoor Sensor Setup: Insert batteries into the wireless outdoor temperature sensor. Place the sensor in a sheltered outdoor location, away from direct sunlight and rain, to ensure accurate temperature readings. The alarm clock radio will automatically attempt to pair with the sensor.
- Initial Time Setting: Upon first power-on, the display will show a default time. Refer to the 'Operating Instructions' section to set the correct time.
Operating Instructions
Basic Functions
- Setting Time: Press the 'TIME SET' button. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust hours and minutes. Press 'TIME SET' again to confirm.
- Setting Alarms (A1/A2): Press the 'ALARM 1' or 'ALARM 2' button. Use '+' and '-' to set the alarm time. Press the alarm button again to confirm. Select wake-up source (radio or buzzer) by pressing the alarm button repeatedly.
- Snooze Function: When an alarm sounds, press the 'SNOOZE' button to temporarily silence it for 5-60 minutes (adjustable). The alarm will sound again after the snooze period.
- FM Radio Tuning: Press the 'RADIO' button to turn on the FM radio. Use the 'TUNE+' or 'TUNE-' buttons to manually tune to a station. Press and hold for automatic scanning.
- Saving Radio Stations: Tune to your desired station. Press and hold the 'MEMORY' button, then use '+' or '-' to select a preset number (1-10). Press 'MEMORY' again to save.
- Recalling Radio Stations: Press the 'MEMORY' button repeatedly to cycle through saved stations.
- Adjusting Display Brightness: Press the 'DIMMER' button to cycle through available brightness levels for the LCD display.
Temperature Display
The large LCD display shows both indoor and outdoor temperatures simultaneously. The indoor temperature is measured by the integrated sensor, while the outdoor temperature is received wirelessly from the external sensor. Ensure the outdoor sensor is properly placed and has working batteries for accurate readings.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the device. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: Replace the CR2032 backup battery annually or when the time settings are lost during a power outage. Replace the outdoor sensor batteries when its readings become erratic or disappear.
- Storage: If storing the device for an extended period, disconnect it from the power supply and remove all batteries.
