  • Handling: Handle the keyboard with care to prevent physical damage. Avoid dropping or placing heavy objects on it.
  • Power Off: Always turn off the keyboard when not in use. If storing for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your keyboard, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • No Sound:
    • Ensure the keyboard is powered on and the volume is turned up.
    • Check if headphones are plugged in; if so, unplug them to enable speaker output.
    • Verify that the power adapter is securely connected or that batteries are correctly inserted and not depleted.
  • Volume Resets to High Level:
    • The keyboard is designed to reset to a default volume level (often 11/16) upon power cycling or after a period of inactivity. Manually adjust the volume using the '-' button after turning it on or resuming play.
  • Distorted Sound / Keys Not Responding Correctly:
    • Ensure the power supply is stable. Try using the AC adapter if you are on batteries, or a different outlet.
    • If specific keys produce distorted sounds or no sound, gently clean around the keys. If the issue persists, it may indicate a hardware fault.
    • For persistent issues, try turning the keyboard off and on again to reset its internal system.
  • No Power:
    • Check the power adapter connection and the wall outlet.
    • If using batteries, ensure they are fresh and correctly inserted.
