1. Introduction

The Rongta RP850 is an 80mm thermal receipt printer designed for point-of-sale (POS) environments, including restaurants and kitchens. It features an auto-cutter, sound and light indicators for order reminders, and multiple interface options for versatile connectivity.

Important Compatibility Notice: This printer is not compatible with Square, Clover, Chromebook, UberEats, Grubhub, Doordash, Postmates, Upserve, Shopify, Gloriafoods, or Lightspeed systems. It does not support Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity. It is also not compatible with iPhone, iPad, Android phones, or Android tablets. The RP850 is designed to work with laptops and desktop computers running Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
