6.2 Adjustable Objective (AO) / Parallax Adjustment

The adjustable objective lens, located at the front of the scope, allows you to correct for parallax error and achieve a sharp image of your target. Rotate the objective ring until the target appears clear and the reticle does not shift relative to the target when you move your head slightly.

6.3 Windage and Elevation Adjustments

The windage (horizontal) and elevation (vertical) adjustment turrets are located on the top and right side of the scope body. Remove the protective caps to access them. Each click adjusts the point of impact by 1/8 MOA at 100 yards. Rotate the turrets to zero your scope. The turrets are clearly marked for direction of adjustment.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning the Lenses

Use the provided cleaning cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the lenses. For stubborn dirt or smudges, use a lens cleaning solution specifically designed for optical surfaces. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

7.2 General Cleaning and Storage

Wipe the exterior of the scope with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Store the scope in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure lens covers are in place to protect the lenses when not in use.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Blurred Image: Adjust the adjustable objective (AO) for parallax correction and ensure the eyepiece is focused for your vision.
  • Reticle Not Illuminating: Check if the CR2032 battery is correctly installed with the positive (+) side facing out. Replace the battery if it is depleted.
  • Point of Impact Shift: Ensure the scope mounts are securely tightened to the rail and the scope rings are properly fastened.
  • Fogging: The scope is nitrogen-purged and O-ring sealed to prevent internal fogging. If external fogging occurs, allow the scope to acclimate to the ambient temperature or wipe with a defogging cloth.
