4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your SONGMICS Garment Rack. It is recommended to have two people for certain assembly steps.

1. Assemble the Base Frame:
   Connect two (Part 2) long horizontal base bars with two (Part 7) short vertical shelf supports using screws (Part D) and the Allen wrench (Part G). Repeat this for the other side to create two identical base sections. Ensure the screws are facing each other for proper alignment.
2. Attach Vertical Supports:
   Insert the four (Part 1) long vertical bars into the designated holes on the base sections. Ensure they are firmly seated.
3. Install Lower Shelf Bars:
   Attach the short horizontal shelf bars (Part 4 and Part 5) to the vertical supports to form the lower shelf. Use screws (Part E) to secure them. Ensure the bars with 4 holes are positioned towards the inside of the rack.
4. Install Upper Shelf Bars:
   Attach the remaining short horizontal shelf bars (Part 4 and Part 5) to the vertical supports to form the upper shelf. Use screws (Part E) to secure them.
5. Attach Top Hanging Bar:
   Place the top hanging bar (Part 3) onto the top of the long vertical bars. Secure it with screws (Part F) using the Allen wrench. It is recommended to have two people for this step to hold the top bar steady.
6. Add Plastic Caps and Feet:
   Insert the plastic caps (Part A) into the ends of the top hanging bar. Attach the plastic feet (Part B) to the bottom of the base bars. Insert plastic caps (Part C) into the top ends of the vertical bars.
