1. Product Overview

2. Safety Information

This product contains Hydrochloric Acid (23% HCI) and requires careful handling. Always read and follow all directions and warnings on the product label before use.

2.1 Important Warnings

• DANGER: CORROSIVE. Causes irreversible eye damage and skin burns. May be fatal if swallowed.
• VAPOR HARMFUL. Do not breathe vapors. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Open windows and turn on exhaust fans.

2.2 First Aid

• If in Eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
• If on Skin or Clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
• If Swallowed: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
• If Inhaled: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.

2.3 Storage

• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
• Store away from incompatible materials, including strong bases and oxidizing agents.
• Ensure storage area is inaccessible to children and pets.

3. Preparation for Use

1. Ensure Ventilation: Open windows and doors, or use an exhaust fan to ensure adequate air circulation in the restroom.

3. Scrub: Use a toilet brush to scrub the entire bowl surface, including under the rim and the water line, to loosen any deposits and ensure thorough cleaning.
4. Flush: Flush the toilet multiple times to rinse the bowl thoroughly and remove all cleaner residue.

4.2 For Heavy Rust Stains and Lime Scale

1. Remove Water (Optional): For extremely heavy stains, it may be beneficial to remove excess water from the toilet bowl using a cup or by pushing it down the drain with a brush to expose more of the stained surface to the cleaner.
2. Apply Generously: Apply a more generous amount of CREW 04560 directly onto the rust stains or lime scale deposits.
3. Extended Dwell Time: Allow the cleaner to sit for 15-30 minutes, or longer for very stubborn stains, but do not allow it to dry on the surface. Reapply if necessary.

5. Rinse Thoroughly: Flush multiple times to ensure all cleaner and loosened deposits are removed.
