3. Package Contents

Before installation, please check that all components are present and undamaged:

4. Setup and Installation

The VASNER Konvi heater is designed for wall mounting. Ensure the installation location is suitable and provides adequate clearance from flammable materials.

  1. Choose Location: Select a suitable wall location, ensuring it is a flat, stable surface and away from curtains, furniture, or other flammable objects. Maintain a minimum distance of 20 cm from the floor and ceiling, and 10 cm from side walls.
  2. Mark Drilling Points: Hold the wall mounting bracket against the wall at the desired height and use a pencil to mark the drilling points.
  3. Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked points using an appropriate drill bit for your wall type. Insert the provided wall plugs.
  4. Attach Bracket: Securely fasten the wall mounting bracket to the wall using the provided screws.
  5. Mount Heater: Carefully lift the heater and hook it onto the installed wall bracket. Ensure it is securely seated.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord (1.90 m length) into a standard 230V electrical outlet.

The heater can also be used as a mobile unit with optional stand feet (available separately in black and white).

5. Operating Instructions

The VASNER Konvi heater is equipped with an electronic thermostat for easy temperature control.

  1. Power On: Ensure the heater is properly plugged into a 230V power outlet. The red LED indicator will illuminate when the unit is receiving power and operating.
  2. Adjust Temperature: Use the continuously adjustable thermostat knob located on the side of the unit to set your desired room temperature. Turning the knob clockwise increases the heat output, while turning it counter-clockwise decreases it.
  3. Thermostat Function: The heater will automatically turn on and off to maintain the set temperature, ensuring energy efficiency.
  4. Power Off: To turn off the heater, turn the thermostat knob to its minimum setting or unplug the unit from the power outlet.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your VASNER Konvi heater.

  • Cleaning: Before cleaning, always unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely. Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
  • Dust Removal: Periodically remove dust from the air vents using a soft brush or vacuum cleaner attachment.
  • Storage: If storing the heater for an extended period, ensure it is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
  • Inspection: Regularly inspect the power cord and plug for any signs of damage. If damage is found, do not use the heater and contact customer support.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your VASNER Konvi heater, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
