Setup and Assembly

Prepare the Frame: Carefully remove the frame from its packaging. Place it face down on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
Remove Backing: Bend the metal tabs on the back of the frame upwards to release the cardboard backing.
Remove Protective Film: The acrylic facing has a protective film on both sides. Gently peel off this film from both surfaces of the acrylic. This ensures maximum clarity for your displayed item.
Insert Artwork: Place your 20x30 inch photo, print, or poster into the frame. Ensure it is centered and lies flat against the acrylic. Note that the frame lip will reduce the viewable area by approximately 0.25 inches on each side.
Replace Backing: Place the cardboard backing over your artwork. Press it firmly into place and bend the metal tabs back down to secure it.
Attach Hanging Hardware: The included hanging kit requires assembly. Attach the D-rings or sawtooth hanger (depending on kit contents) to the back of the frame using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened for safe wall hanging. The frame is designed for wall hanging only and does not include a stand.

Operating Instructions

Once your artwork is securely framed and the hanging hardware is attached, your Craig Frames picture frame is ready for display. These frames are designed for wall mounting only.

Orientation: The hanging hardware allows for both portrait (vertical) and landscape (horizontal) orientation. Choose the orientation that best suits your artwork and display space.
Placement: Select a suitable location on your wall for hanging. Ensure the wall surface can support the weight of the frame and its contents.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Frame: Wipe the frame moulding with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the textured wrap finish.
Cleaning the Acrylic: For the acrylic facing, use a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild acrylic cleaner or a solution of mild soap and water. Gently wipe the surface. Avoid using glass cleaners containing ammonia, as they can damage acrylic.
Dusting: Regularly dust the frames with a soft cloth to prevent buildup.

Troubleshooting

Artwork does not fit perfectly.	The frame is designed for 20x30 inch prints. The frame lip will cover approximately 0.25 inches of your artwork on each side. Verify your artwork dimensions.
