  1. Carefully remove the bottle or food jar from the warmer. Use caution as the container and surrounding area may be hot.
  2. Always shake the bottle gently to ensure even heat distribution and check the temperature of the milk or food on the back of your hand before feeding your baby.
  3. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet after use.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior of the warmer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Wash the measuring cup, small basket, and adapter ring with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry. These parts are generally dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for longevity.
  • Do not immerse the main unit in water.

6.2 Descaling

Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up on the heating plate, especially in areas with hard water. Regular descaling is essential for optimal performance and longevity of the appliance.

  • Mix 50 ml of white vinegar with 100 ml of cold water.
  • Pour the solution into the heating chamber.
  • Do not turn on the appliance. Let the solution sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or longer if limescale is heavy.
  • Empty the solution and rinse the heating chamber thoroughly with clean water.
  • Repeat if necessary.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Appliance does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the ON/OFF button has been pressed.
  • Food/milk is not warm enough: Ensure the correct amount of water was added according to the volume of the bottle/jar. Increase the water quantity slightly for a warmer result, or allow a few extra seconds.
  • Warming takes too long: Check for limescale buildup on the heating plate. Descale the appliance if necessary. Ensure the correct amount of water is used.
  • Indicator light does not change: If the light remains green after pressing ON/OFF, the heating element may be faulty. If it remains red indefinitely, the automatic shut-off may not be functioning. In either case, discontinue use and contact customer support.
  • Brownish traces on heating plate: This is typically limescale buildup. Refer to the descaling instructions in Section 6.2.
