1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Prinsel Tracker XL Electric ATV. This manual provides essential information for the safe operation, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new electric ride-on toy. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury, adult supervision is required. Never use in roadways, near motor vehicles, on or near steep inclines or steps, swimming pools or other bodies of water. Always wear shoes. Never allow more than one rider.

  • Recommended age for use is 3 to 6 years.
  • Maximum weight capacity: Refer to product specifications.
  • Always ensure the child is wearing appropriate safety gear, including a helmet.
  • Operate only on flat, dry surfaces. Avoid loose dirt, mud, sand, or gravel.
  • Keep hands, hair, and clothing away from moving parts.
  • Do not modify the electrical system. Alterations could create a fire, explosion, or other hazards.

4. Setup

The Prinsel Tracker XL Electric ATV is designed for minimal assembly. However, the battery must be connected before first use.

4.1 Battery Connection

  1. Locate the battery compartment, typically under the seat.
  2. Carefully open the compartment cover.
  3. Connect the red terminal of the battery to the red wire from the ATV.
  4. Connect the black terminal of the battery to the black wire from the ATV.
  5. Ensure connections are secure.
  6. Close the battery compartment cover.

Note: The ATV is not designed to be assembled by the user beyond battery connection. If any parts appear disassembled or damaged, do not use and contact customer support.

5. Charging the Battery

Before first use, the battery must be charged for a minimum of 8-12 hours. Do not overcharge for more than 20 hours.

  1. Ensure the ATV is turned OFF.
  2. Locate the charging port on the ATV (refer to product diagrams if available).
  3. Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
  4. Connect the charger plug to the ATV's charging port.
  5. The charger indicator light (if present) will show the charging status.
  6. Once charging is complete, disconnect the charger from the ATV and then from the wall outlet.

Important: Only use the charger supplied with the Prinsel Tracker XL Electric ATV. Using an unauthorized charger may damage the battery and void your warranty.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

  • To turn on the ATV, locate the main power switch (usually near the dashboard or seat) and switch it to the "ON" position.
  • To turn off the ATV, switch the main power switch to the "OFF" position.

6.2 Driving the ATV

  1. Ensure the child is seated comfortably and securely on the ATV.
  2. Locate the central forward/reverse switch. Select "Forward" (D) or "Reverse" (R) as desired.
  3. To move, press the foot pedal accelerator. The ATV will start moving at a speed of approximately 4 km/h.
  4. To stop, release the foot pedal. The ATV will gradually come to a stop.
  5. Steer the ATV using the handlebars.

6.3 Electronic Siren and Horn

The ATV is equipped with an electronic siren and horn. Locate the respective buttons on the handlebars or dashboard to activate these features.

6.4 Storage Boxes

The Prinsel Tracker XL features two storage boxes located at the rear of the ATV. These can be used to carry small toys or personal items. Ensure the boxes are securely closed before operating the ATV.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Battery Care

  • Recharge the battery after each use.
  • If the ATV will not be used for an extended period, charge the battery once a month to prolong its lifespan.
  • Do not allow the battery to completely discharge.
  • Store the battery in a cool, dry place.

7.2 Cleaning

Clean the ATV with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Avoid spraying water directly onto electrical components.

7.3 Storage

Store the ATV indoors in a dry area when not in use. Protect it from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

8. Troubleshooting
