4. Setup and Preparation
4.1 Skin Preparation

6. Operating: Draining the Pouch
Empty the pouch when it is one-third to one-half full to prevent excessive weight from pulling on the skin barrier and to maintain discretion.
- Position yourself over a toilet.
- Unclip the tail clip from the bottom of the pouch.
- Unroll the tail end of the pouch and direct the opening into the toilet.
- Gently squeeze the pouch to facilitate complete emptying of its contents.
- Once empty, clean the inside and outside of the tail opening with a piece of toilet paper or a damp cloth.
- Roll up the tail end and secure it firmly with the tail clip. Ensure the clip is properly closed to prevent leakage.
7. Removal of the Pouch

- Prepare a new pouch system and all necessary supplies.
