Setup

OFF: Turns the slow cooker off.
LOW: Ideal for slow cooking over a longer period, typically 6-8 hours. This setting is suitable for less tender cuts of meat and dishes requiring extended cooking.
HIGH: Cooks food faster than the LOW setting, typically in 3-4 hours. Use this setting for dishes that require quicker cooking or when you need to bring food to temperature more rapidly.
WARM: Maintains food at a serving temperature after cooking is complete. This setting is not for cooking raw food.

General Cooking Tips:

Always ensure the lid is securely in place during cooking to retain heat and moisture.
Avoid lifting the lid frequently, as this can extend cooking times.
Cooking times are approximate and may vary based on ingredients and desired doneness.
For best results, fill the stoneware pot between half and two-thirds full.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
Slow cooker not heating.	Unit not plugged in; power outlet not functioning; control knob set to "OFF".	Ensure the unit is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the control knob is set to "LOW", "HIGH", or "WARM".

Food is burning on the bottom.	Too little liquid; cooking on "HIGH" for too long; food stuck to the bottom.	Add more liquid to the recipe. Consider using the "LOW" setting for longer cooking times. Stir ingredients occasionally if possible, especially with thicker sauces.
