4. Setup

4.1 Attaching the Wide Table

To attach the wide extension table, align its pins with the corresponding holes on the machine's base and gently push until it clicks into place. This expands your work surface for larger projects.

4.2 Threading the Machine

Follow the numbered guides on the machine for correct top thread path. The automatic needle threader simplifies the final step of threading the needle.

4.3 Bobbin Winding and Insertion

Use the included metal bobbins for optimal performance. Wind the bobbin according to the machine's instructions, then insert it into the side-loading bobbin case. Ensure the thread is correctly routed through the tension spring.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Stitch Speed Control

The machine can sew at speeds up to 1,500 stitches per minute. Adjust the speed using the foot pedal for precise control over your projects.

5.2 Needle Up/Down Position

5.3 Automatic Thread Cutter

Press the automatic thread cutter button to trim both the top and bobbin threads simultaneously, saving time and effort.

5.4 Thread Tension Adjustment

Adjust the thread tension using the dial located on the front of the machine. Proper tension is crucial for balanced stitches across different fabric types and thread weights.

5.5 Pin Feed Mechanism and Feed Dog Settings

5.6 Knee Lifter Operation

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Bobbin Area

Regularly clean the bobbin case area to prevent lint and thread buildup, which can affect stitch quality and machine performance. Access the bobbin area by opening the side cover.

6.2 General Cleaning

Use the provided cleaning brush to remove lint from the feed dogs and other accessible areas. Ensure the machine is unplugged before performing any cleaning or maintenance.
