Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the metal mesh surface and fan blades to prevent dust buildup, which can impede airflow and reduce cooling efficiency. Use a soft, dry cloth or compressed air. Ensure the device is unplugged before cleaning.
- Storage: When not in use, store the cooling pad in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cable Management: Utilize the built-in cable slot on the underside of the cooling pad to neatly store the USB cable when not in use or during transport.

Troubleshooting
- Fans Not Spinning:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the cooling pad and your laptop.
- Verify that the fan switches on the cooling pad are in the 'On' position.
- Try connecting the cooling pad to a different USB port on your laptop or another power source to rule out a faulty port.
- Insufficient Cooling:
- Check for any obstructions (e.g., dust, debris) on the fan blades or mesh surface and clean if necessary.
- Ensure all 5 fans are activated for maximum cooling.
- Confirm that your laptop's vents are not blocked by the cooling pad or other objects.
- USB Hub Not Working:
- Ensure the cooling pad is powered on.
- Test the connected USB device directly with your laptop to confirm it is functional.
- Avoid connecting high-power devices to the cooling pad's USB hub, as it is designed for peripherals like keyboards and mice.
