2. Setup

The Bestway Power Steel Pool is designed for simple assembly, typically requiring 2-3 people. No specialized tools are required for the main pool structure assembly.

2.1 Site Preparation

Ensure the chosen location for your pool is level and free from sharp objects. The pool, when filled, weighs approximately 9,000 lbs (7937 Gallons), so the ground must be able to support this weight. Review local HOA rules and restrictions regarding above-ground pools before installation.

2.2 Assembly Steps

1. Unpack and Unfold: Carefully remove all components from the packaging and unfold the pool liner in the designated area.
2. Construct Frame: Assemble the corrosion-proof steel frame using the Seal and Lock System for a sturdy and secure connection. Ensure all pipes are correctly inserted into the liner sleeves.
3. Fill with Water: Begin filling the pool with water. As the water level rises, smooth out any wrinkles on the pool floor. Continue filling until the water reaches the recommended fill line.

3. Operating the Pool System

Your Bestway Power Steel Pool comes equipped with a sand filter pump and a ChemConnect dispenser to maintain water quality.

3.1 Sand Filter Pump

The included 1500 GPH sand filter pump is essential for circulating and filtering pool water. Connect the pump according to the provided diagrams in the installation manual. Ensure the pump is always operating when the pool is in use and for several hours daily to maintain water clarity.

3.2 ChemConnect Dispenser

The ChemConnect dispenser helps maintain clean, healthy pool water by providing a stable level of chlorine that is evenly dispersed throughout the pool. Fill the dispenser with appropriate chlorine tablets (not included) and place it in the pool as directed.

4. Maintenance
