- Add Oil: Using the provided measuring cup, add 1/3 cup of popcorn oil (e.g., coconut oil) to the preheated kettle.
- Add Kernels: Immediately add 1 cup of popcorn kernels to the kettle. Close the kettle lid.
- Popcorn Popping: The kernels will begin to pop within a few minutes. The stirrer will ensure even popping.
- Empty Kettle: Once popping slows significantly (about 2-3 seconds between pops), turn off the "Kettle Heat" and "Stirrer" switches. Carefully tilt the kettle using its handle to release the popped corn into the machine's base.
- Serve: Use the included scoop to serve the popcorn into the provided cups or bags.
- Keep Warm: The machine features a heated deck and an overhead light (controlled by a separate switch) to keep popcorn warm and fresh. Turn on the "Warming Deck/Light" switch as needed.
Tips for Best Results:
- Use high-quality popcorn kernels and oil for optimal taste and yield.
- Do not overfill the kettle, as this can lead to unpopped kernels and burnt popcorn.
- For best flavor, add popcorn salt or seasoning after popping.
