Adding Ingredients

Always add liquid ingredients to the bread pan first, followed by dry ingredients. Create a small well in the center of the dry ingredients for the yeast, ensuring it does not come into direct contact with liquids or salt initially.

Care and Maintenance

  • Bread Pan and Kneading Blade: After each use, remove the bread pan and kneading blade. Wash them with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as this can damage the non-stick coating. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the bread maker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or immerse the unit in water.
  • Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the bread maker in a cool, dry place.
