STX International Chef's Elite Vacuum Marinator & Tumbler Instruction Manual

Model: STX-1000-CE

Introduction

The STX International Chef's Elite Vacuum Marinator & Tumbler, Model STX-1000-CE, is designed to accelerate the marinating process for various food items, including meat, poultry, pork, chicken, and vegetables. This system utilizes vacuum marinating technology to enhance flavor penetration in a significantly reduced timeframe compared to traditional methods.

The vacuum process creates air gaps within the food, allowing marinades to quickly infuse, resulting in thoroughly flavored dishes. For dense muscle meats, pre-treatment with a meat tenderizer is recommended to ensure optimal marinade absorption.
