Setup
1. Battery Installation

2. Powering On/Off
Locate the ON/OFF switch on the side of the remote control. Slide the switch to the 'ON' position to power on the device. The LED indicator will flash, indicating it is ready for pairing. Slide the switch to 'OFF' when not in use to conserve battery life.
3. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the remote control is powered on.
- On your smartphone or tablet, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
- Enable Bluetooth if it is not already active.
- Search for available devices. The remote will appear as 'AB Shutter3' or a similar name.

Maintenance
1. Battery Replacement
When the remote's performance diminishes or the LED indicator fails to light up, it may be time to replace the CR2032 lithium metal battery. Open the battery compartment, remove the old battery, and insert a new one, ensuring correct polarity.
2. General Care
- Keep the remote control dry and away from extreme temperatures.
- Avoid dropping the device, as it can be susceptible to damage from impacts.
- Clean the remote with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Troubleshooting
- Remote not connecting/pairing: Ensure the remote is powered on and within range of your device. Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone/tablet. If issues persist, try turning the remote off and on again, or restarting your device.
- Intermittent connection/unreliable operation: The Bluetooth connection can sometimes be unstable, especially at longer distances or in environments with interference. Try moving closer to your device.
- On-screen keyboard not appearing: As the remote registers as a Bluetooth keyboard, your device's on-screen keyboard may be suppressed. Disconnect the remote from your device's Bluetooth settings to restore keyboard functionality.
- Remote not triggering photos/videos: Ensure the correct button (Android or iOS) is being pressed for your device. Verify that your camera app is open and active.
