Assembly and Initial Checks

- Blade Installation: The bandsaw comes with a blade (1440 x 13 x 0.65 mm, 10/14 TPI). Refer to the detailed instructions in the included service keys for proper blade installation and tensioning. Ensure the teeth are oriented correctly.
- Vise Adjustment: Familiarize yourself with the quick-release vise. Ensure it operates smoothly and can securely clamp various material sizes up to 190 mm.
- Power Connection: Connect the bandsaw to a grounded 230V power outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position before plugging in.
- Functionality Check: Before cutting, perform a brief test run without material to ensure the blade runs smoothly and the speed variator functions correctly.

Operating Instructions
Preparing for a Cut
- Select Blade Speed: Use the speed variator to select the appropriate blade speed (25-80 m/min) for the material being cut. Harder metals generally require slower speeds.
- Adjust Cutting Angle: If an angled cut is required, adjust the pivoting arch up to 60°D. Securely lock the arch in the desired position.
- Secure Workpiece: Place the material to be cut firmly in the vise. Use the quick-release mechanism to clamp it securely. Ensure the material is stable and will not shift during the cut.
- Adjust Depth (if applicable): The bandsaw features depth adjustment. Set the cutting depth as required for your material.
Making a Cut
- Ensure all safety precautions are observed and PPE is worn.
- Turn on the bandsaw using the power switch. Allow the blade to reach full operating speed before engaging the material.
- Gently lower the blade into the workpiece. Apply steady, even pressure. Do not force the cut. The machine is designed for dry cutting.
- Maintain a firm grip on the handle and guide the saw through the material.
- Once the cut is complete, lift the saw clear of the workpiece and turn off the power. Wait for the blade to stop completely before handling the material or making any adjustments.
Maintenance

- Cleaning: After each use, clean the machine to remove metal chips and dust. Use a brush or compressed air. Do not use solvents that may damage plastic parts.
