Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before initial use, fully charge your SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick. Plug the device into any standard USB port on a computer or a USB wall adapter. The LED indicator on the device will show charging status.

2. Installing the SanDisk Connect App

To utilize the wireless features, download the SanDisk Connect app on your mobile device (smartphone or tablet). The app is available on the App Store (for iOS devices), Google Play Store (for Android devices), and Amazon Appstore for Android.

3. Connecting Wirelessly

  1. Turn on the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick by pressing the power button. The Wi-Fi indicator light will illuminate.
  2. On your mobile device, go to Wi-Fi settings and select the Wi-Fi network named "SanDisk Connect" followed by a unique identifier.
  3. Open the SanDisk Connect app. The app will guide you through the initial setup, including setting a Wi-Fi password for security (WPA2 supported).
  4. You can configure the device to connect to your home Wi-Fi network while still providing access to the Wireless Stick, allowing internet access and device connectivity simultaneously.

4. Connecting via USB

For traditional file transfer, simply plug the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick into a USB port on your computer. It will function as a standard USB flash drive, allowing you to drag and drop files.

File Management

  • Uploading Files: From the SanDisk Connect app, you can upload photos, videos, and documents from your mobile device to the Wireless Stick.
