2. Product Overview

The Terry Base 700 UW is a versatile 2-door storage cabinet designed for organizing various spaces, including garages, gardens, utility rooms, and balconies. It features two height-adjustable shelves and two integrated bins on the doors for additional storage.

Constructed from durable polypropylene, 97% of which is recycled plastic, this cabinet is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Its modular design allows for interconnection with other Terry cabinets to create larger storage solutions.

3. Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the Terry Base 700 UW cabinet is required. A detailed assembly instruction manual is included with your product. Please follow the step-by-step diagrams and instructions provided in that separate document for proper construction.

3.1. Pre-Assembly Checks

• Unpack all components and verify against the parts list in the assembly manual.
• Ensure all parts are free from damage. If any parts are damaged or missing, do not proceed with assembly. Contact customer support.
• Choose a clean, flat, and spacious area for assembly.

3.2. Assembly Tips

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Opening and Closing Doors

To open the cabinet, gently pull the door handles. To close, push the doors firmly until they latch securely. Ensure both doors are properly closed to protect contents.

4.2. Adjusting Shelves

The cabinet includes two height-adjustable shelves. To adjust a shelf, carefully lift it from its current position and reposition it into the desired slots on the cabinet's side panels. Ensure the shelf is level and securely seated in all four support points before placing items on it.

4.3. Load Capacity

Each shelf has a maximum load capacity of 30 kg (approximately 66 lbs), provided the weight is evenly distributed. Do not exceed this limit to maintain stability and prevent damage to the shelves or cabinet structure.

4.4. Using Door Bins

The two bins integrated into the doors are suitable for storing smaller items, such as tools, cleaning supplies, or garden accessories. Ensure items placed in the bins do not obstruct the closing of the doors.

5. Maintenance

The Terry Base 700 UW cabinet is designed for low maintenance.

• Cleaning: Wipe with a dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For more stubborn marks, a damp cloth with mild soap can be used, followed by drying with a clean cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Inspection: Periodically check all connections and components for tightness and stability, especially if the cabinet is moved or heavily loaded.
• Outdoor Use: While suitable for outdoor use, prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions may affect the material over time. Consider placing it in a sheltered area for extended durability.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1. Doors Not Closing Properly

• Check for any obstructions inside the cabinet or in the door bins.
• Ensure the cabinet is on a level surface. Uneven surfaces can cause misalignment.
• Verify that all assembly screws and connections are secure.

6.2. Cabinet Instability

• Confirm the cabinet is placed on a firm, level surface.
• Ensure weight is evenly distributed across the shelves and within the cabinet.
• Check that all assembly components are correctly installed and tightened.
