Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from the mixer.
  2. Cleaning: Before first use, wash the attachments (Scraper Beaters, Dough Hooks, Balloon Whisks) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the mixer body with a damp cloth.
  3. Attaching Accessories:
    • Select the appropriate attachments for your task.
    • Insert the attachments into the openings on the underside of the mixer until they click securely into place. Ensure both attachments are fully inserted.
  4. Power Connection: Ensure the mixer is in the "OFF" position before plugging the power cord into a 120V electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and Speed Control

  • To turn the mixer ON, slide the ON/OFF switch forward. The digital display will illuminate.
  • To adjust speed, use the speed control buttons. The mixer features 9 speed settings.
  • The "Boost" function provides a momentary increase to the highest speed setting.
  • To turn the mixer OFF, slide the ON/OFF switch backward.

2. Beater IQ Technology
