4. Setup

4.1 Connecting to Air Supply

  3. Set the air compressor's pressure regulator to the recommended operating pressure (refer to specifications).

4.2 Loading Staples

  1. Disconnect the tool from the air supply.
  2. Open the top-loading magazine.
  3. Insert a strip of compatible staples (e.g., TJEP PQ-15 or PZ-16 series) into the magazine, ensuring the points face downwards.
  4. Close the magazine securely.

4.3 Changing Noses

The tool comes with a special nose for flooring and a standard nose for panels. To change the nose, disconnect the air supply, then follow the instructions provided with the nose attachments to safely remove and install the desired nose piece.

  • Inspection: Regularly inspect the tool for worn or damaged parts, loose screws, or air leaks. Do not use a damaged tool.
  • Storage: Store the tool in a dry, clean environment when not in use. Disconnect it from the air supply.

  • Staples not firing or weak firing:
