Operating Instructions

1. Brewing a Single K-Cup Pod

  1. Ensure the water reservoir is filled with fresh water.
  2. Place a mug on the drip tray.
  3. Lift the brewer handle. Insert a K-Cup pod into the K-Cup holder.
  4. Lower the handle completely to close the K-Cup holder.
  5. On the touch display, select your desired brew size (e.g., 6 oz., 8 oz., 10 oz.). The K200 offers 9 brew sizes, including carafe sizes.
  6. Optionally, select your desired brew strength using the strength control feature on the display.
  7. Press the brew button. The brewer will begin dispensing your beverage.
  8. Once brewing is complete, lift the handle and carefully remove and discard the used K-Cup pod.

2. Brewing with a K-Carafe Pod

  1. Ensure the water reservoir is filled.
  2. Place a Keurig carafe (sold separately) on the drip tray.
  3. Lift the brewer handle. Insert a K-Carafe pod into the K-Cup holder.
  4. Lower the handle completely.
  5. On the touch display, select a K-Carafe brew size (e.g., 2-3 cups, 3-4 cups, 4-5 cups).
  6. Press the brew button. The brewer will dispense into the carafe.
  7. Once brewing is complete, lift the handle and carefully remove and discard the used K-Carafe pod.

3. Strength Control

The Keurig K200 Brewer features strength control, allowing you to customize your beverage. After inserting a pod and selecting a brew size, an option for "Strength" may appear on the black and white touch display. Select this option to choose between regular or strong brew settings, if available for your selected pod.

4. Descaling
