Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- Trimmer not starting: Ensure the 80V battery is fully charged and properly seated in the battery compartment. Check that the safety switch is engaged before pulling the trigger.
- Line not feeding: While the trimmer is running, firmly tap the bump feed head on a hard surface (e.g., ground) to advance the line. If the issue persists, check the spool for tangled or broken line.
- Reduced power or short runtime: The battery may be low on charge. Recharge the battery fully. For heavy-duty tasks, ensure the trimmer is set to the high-speed mode.
