2. Setup
Follow these steps to prepare your AstralPool Ultra 125 for its first use.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the cleaner and all accessories from the packaging. Ensure all components are present: the cleaner unit, power supply unit, and cable.
- Power Supply Placement: Place the power supply unit at least 3.5 meters (11.5 feet) from the edge of the pool. Ensure it is in a shaded area and protected from direct sunlight and splashing water. Do not immerse the power supply unit in water.
- Cable Connection: Connect the floating cable from the cleaner to the power supply unit. Ensure the connection is secure.
- Placing the Cleaner in the Pool: Gently lower the cleaner into the pool. Hold the handle and allow it to sink to the bottom. Ensure there are no air bubbles trapped inside the cleaner. The cleaner will sink naturally.
- Power On: Plug the power supply unit into a grounded electrical outlet.

3. Operating Instructions
The AstralPool Ultra 125 is designed for simple operation.
- Starting a Cleaning Cycle: Once the cleaner is in the pool and the power supply is connected, press the ON/OFF button on the power supply unit. The cleaner will begin its cleaning cycle automatically.
- Cleaning Cycle: The cleaner operates on a fixed 3-hour cleaning cycle, during which it systematically cleans the pool floor, walls, and waterline. The Gyro intelligent navigation system optimizes the cleaning path for maximum coverage and efficiency.
- Monitoring Operation: Observe the cleaner's movement. It should move across the pool surfaces, climbing walls to clean the waterline.
- Cycle Completion: After approximately 3 hours, the cleaner will automatically shut off.
- Removing the Cleaner: Disconnect the power supply from the electrical outlet. Gently pull the floating cable to bring the cleaner to the surface. Use the handle to lift the cleaner out of the water. Allow excess water to drain from the cleaner before placing it on the pool deck. Do not pull the cleaner out of the water by its cable.
4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your AstralPool Ultra 125.
- Cleaning the Filter Bag: After each cleaning cycle, or as needed, remove and clean the ultrafine filter bag.
- Open the cleaner's filter compartment (refer to your cleaner's specific design for access).
- Remove the filter bag.
- Rinse the filter bag thoroughly with a garden hose until all debris is removed.
- Ensure the filter bag is completely clean before reinserting it into the cleaner. A clogged filter will reduce cleaning efficiency.
- Cable Inspection: Periodically inspect the 23-meter floating cable for any signs of damage, kinks, or wear. If damage is found, contact authorized service personnel.
- Impeller Check: Occasionally check the impeller for any trapped debris that might obstruct water flow.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, clean the cleaner thoroughly, ensure the filter bag is dry, and store the unit in a cool, dry, shaded area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
