1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

Control Panel Features:

4. Setup

  3. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the appliance's requirements (230V).
  4. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the ceramic glass surface with a damp cloth.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Cookware Compatibility

The G3 Ferrari G10047 is an induction hob and requires cookware with a magnetic base. Compatible materials include cast iron, enameled iron, and stainless steel with a magnetic bottom. Non-compatible materials include glass, ceramic, copper, aluminum, and non-magnetic stainless steel.

5.2 Basic Operation

  1. Power On: Place an induction-compatible pot with food on the desired cooking zone. Press the "ON/OFF" button for that zone. The display will light up.
  2. Select Mode: The hob typically defaults to power mode. Press the "Select" button to switch between Power (W) and Temperature (°C) modes.
  3. Adjust Power/Temperature:
    • In Power mode, use the "Up (+)" or "Down (-)" buttons to adjust the power level. The maximum power is 3500 Watts (shared between both zones).
    • In Temperature mode, use the "Up (+)" or "Down (-)" buttons to set the desired temperature between 60°C and 240°C.
    • Alternatively, press "Max" for maximum power or "Min" for minimum power.
  4. Using the Timer:
    • While a cooking zone is active, press the "Select" button until the "Time" indicator lights up.
    • Use the "Up (+)" or "Down (-)" buttons to set the desired cooking time, up to 180 minutes.
    • The timer will count down, and the hob will automatically shut off when the time expires.
  5. Power Off: Press the "ON/OFF" button for the respective cooking zone to turn it off. If both zones are active, turn them off individually.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
