1. Introduction

The Electrolux UltraPower is designed for powerful and convenient cleaning. It features a long-lasting 25.2V TurboPower Lithium battery, offering extended runtime and quick charging. The vacuum includes a highly maneuverable motorized brush with LED lights for improved visibility, and the innovative Brush Roll Clean Technology for easy maintenance of the brush roll. Its lightweight design and vertical parking feature enhance user comfort and storage.

2. Safety Information

Always observe basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury.

  • This appliance is for household use only. Do not use it outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  • Do not allow children to operate the vacuum cleaner. Close supervision is necessary when used near children.
  • Do not pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
  • Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
  • Do not use without dust cup and/or filters in place.
  • Turn off the appliance before connecting or disconnecting the motorized nozzle, charging stand, or charger.

4. Setup

4.1 Assembly

  1. Carefully unpack all components from the packaging.
  2. Attach the handle to the main vacuum body. Secure it by tightening the screw provided.
  3. Insert the 25.2V Lithium battery into its designated slot on the vacuum body until it clicks into place.

4.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the battery. This typically takes approximately 3.5 hours, but for the very first charge, it is recommended to charge for 24 hours to optimize battery life.

  1. Place the vacuum cleaner onto the charging stand.
  2. Connect the charger to the charging stand and then plug it into a suitable wall outlet.
  3. The charging indicator lights on the vacuum will illuminate to show charging status.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button located on the handle to turn the vacuum cleaner on or off.

5.2 Speed Settings

The UltraPower offers three power regulation speeds. Press the speed selection button to cycle through the low, medium, and high power settings. Select the appropriate speed for the cleaning task.

5.3 Using the Motorized Brush

The motorized brush head is equipped with LED lights that illuminate the cleaning path, making dust and debris more visible. The 180-degree swivel action allows for easy maneuverability around furniture and obstacles.

5.4 Vertical Parking

The vacuum cleaner can stand upright on its own, allowing for convenient temporary storage during cleaning breaks or when not in use.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Emptying the Dustbin

For optimal performance, empty the dustbin regularly, especially when it appears full or after each significant cleaning session.

  1. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is turned off.
  2. Locate the dustbin release button and press it to detach the dustbin from the main unit.
  3. Open the dustbin and empty its contents into a waste bin.
  4. Reattach the dustbin securely to the vacuum cleaner.

6.2 Cleaning the Filters

The UltraPower features a double washable filter system. Regular cleaning of the filters is crucial for maintaining suction power and air quality.

  1. Remove the dustbin as described above.
  2. Carefully remove the filters from the dustbin.
  3. Tap the filters gently over a waste bin to remove loose dust.
  4. Rinse the filters under lukewarm running water until the water runs clear. Do not use detergents.
  5. Allow the filters to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting them. Do not use a dryer or direct heat.

6.3 Brush Roll Clean Technology

The patented Brush Roll Clean Technology automatically cuts and removes tangled hairs and fibers from the brush roll. To activate this feature:

  1. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is on and running.
  2. Press the foot pedal marked with the Brush Roll Clean symbol.
  3. Hold the pedal down for approximately 5-10 seconds while the vacuum is running. The internal blade will cut the tangled hair.
  4. Release the pedal. The cut hairs will be sucked into the dustbin.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Electrolux UltraPower, refer to the table below for common problems and solutions.
