2. Safety Information

3. Installation
3.1 Tools Required

3.2 Mounting Location
Install the thermostat on an inside wall, approximately 5 feet (1.5 meters) above the floor. Avoid locations that are:
- Near windows or doors that may cause drafts.
- Near heat sources such as lamps, radiators, or appliances.
- In direct sunlight.
- Near supply registers or air ducts.
- In areas with poor air circulation.
3.3 Wiring Instructions
- Disconnect Power: Turn off the electricity to the heating and cooling system at the main fuse or circuit breaker panel.

4. Operation
