4.3 Cleaning Hard Floors

For sealed hard floors (tiles, vinyl, sealed wood), ensure a microfibre mop pad is attached. Move the steam mop slowly and steadily across the floor surface. The triangular head and low profile design allow for easy cleaning of corners and under furniture.

4.4 Cleaning Carpets and Rugs

To refresh carpets and rugs, attach the carpet glider over the mop head with the microfibre pad. Move the steam mop over the carpet surface in a back-and-forth motion. This helps to revive carpet fibers and remove light stains.

The 380ml water tank provides approximately 15 minutes of continuous steam cleaning, allowing you to cover multiple rooms before needing a refill. The 5-meter power cord offers extended reach.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning Mop Pads

The microfibre mop pads are machine-washable. After each use, remove the pad from the mop head and wash it according to the care instructions on the label. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

5.2 Storing the Steam Mop

After use, unplug the mop and allow it to cool completely. Empty any remaining water from the tank. Store the mop in a dry, safe place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Steam: Check if the unit is properly plugged in and powered on. Ensure the water tank is filled. Allow sufficient time for the mop to heat up (approx. 30 seconds).
  • Poor Cleaning Performance: Ensure the mop pad is clean and properly attached. Adjust the steam output to a higher setting if needed. Move the mop more slowly over stubborn areas.
  • Water Leaking: Ensure the water tank cap is securely closed. Do not overfill the water tank.
