Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface (e.g., a carpet or a blanket) to prevent scratches to the floor or chair components.

1. Attach Casters to Star Base: Insert each caster into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base until it clicks into place. Ensure all five casters are securely attached.

2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the central hole of the assembled star base. Do not push it down forcefully.

3. Attach Armrests to Seat: Align the armrests with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure them using the appropriate screws from the accessory kit. Do not fully tighten yet.

4. Attach Backrest to Seat and Armrests: Position the backrest between the armrests and align its holes with the corresponding holes on the armrests and seat. Secure with screws. Now, fully tighten all screws for the armrests and backrest.

5. Mount Mechanism Plate: Attach the mechanism plate to the underside of the seat cushion, ensuring the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws.

6. Place Assembled Seat onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat (with armrests, backrest, and mechanism attached) onto the gas lift cylinder. The chair is now ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located under the right side of the seat upwards. To raise the seat, lift the lever while taking your weight off the seat. To lower the seat, lift the lever while remaining seated. The height can be adjusted from 44 cm to 54 cm.

Tilt/Rocking Function

The chair features a convenient rocking function. To enable rocking, pull the lever outwards. To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards. The tilt tension can be adjusted by rotating the round knob located under the front of the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tension (harder to rock) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (easier to rock).

Swivel Function

The chair can swivel 360 degrees, allowing for easy movement and access to different areas of your workspace without needing to reposition the entire chair.
