Operating Instructions
1. Connecting to Power
Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. Ensure the connection is secure.
2. Selecting Heat Settings
Use the push-button controller to cycle through the 4 available heat settings: Warm, Low, Medium, and High. Press the button repeatedly to reach your desired heat level. The indicator lights on the controller will show the active setting.

3. Automatic Shut-Off
For safety, the heating pad is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature that turns the device off after 2 hours of continuous use. This prevents overheating and conserves energy.
4. Dry Heat Therapy
For dry heat, simply place the heating pad on the desired area of your body. Ensure the pad is flat and not folded or bunched up. Select your preferred heat setting.
5. Moist Heat Therapy
To use moist heat, lightly dampen the sponge (not included) or the inside of the cover with water. Do not soak the entire pad. Place the damp sponge or cover inside the micro-plush cover with the heating pad, then apply to the desired area. The moisture helps the heat penetrate deeper for enhanced relief.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Cover
The micro-plush cover is machine washable. Disconnect the controller from the pad before washing. Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Do not bleach or iron.
2. Cleaning the Heating Pad
The heating pad itself should not be submerged in water. If cleaning is necessary, wipe it with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow it to air dry completely before reattaching the cover or storing.
3. Storage
When not in use, store the heating pad in a cool, dry location. Avoid folding the pad tightly or placing heavy objects on it, which could damage the internal heating elements.
Troubleshooting
If your heating pad is not functioning as expected, please check the following:
- No Heat: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet and the controller is properly connected to the pad. Verify that a heat setting has been selected.
- Intermittent Heat: Check for any kinks or damage in the power cord or controller. Ensure the pad is not folded or bunched during use, as this can trigger safety features.
- Automatic Shut-Off: The device is designed to turn off after 2 hours. If it turns off sooner, ensure it is not overheating due to being covered or folded.
If issues persist after checking these points, please refer to the warranty information for further assistance.
